Documents associated with the item may also be kept confidential.
To do this the Council or Committee must apply for an Order giving the
- reason for the Order
- its duration or
- when it will no longer apply or
- when it will be reviewed.
An Order made for longer than 12 months must be reviewed at least once every year.
