Online services and payments

Secure online payments can be made using Mastercard and Visa.

Please note: Devices running older operating systems / browsers may not be compatible with the online security features and issues maybe experienced. It is suggested that you upgrade to the latest operating system available for your device and the latest updates for your preferred browser eg Google Chrome.

Refunds are not available for payments made by our online gateway. However, should you have any payment enquiries such as overpayments, incorrect processing, or any other issue, contact Council for assistance.
