We recognise the community's desire to commemorate individuals, groups, associations, events and occasions of significance. In considering memorial requests, Council seeks to balance commemorative outcomes with the broader public interest by maintaining functional, accessible and welcoming public spaces.

For detailed information, please refer to the City of West Torrens Memorials Policy, which outlines the assessment criteria, installation requirements and ongoing management of memorials within the City of West Torrens.

Requests for monument or feature memorials require formal endorsement by Council and must be submitted in writing to info@wtcc.sa.gov.au.
