Request a copy of your rates notice

A ratepayer can use this form to request another copy of a rates notice that has already been issued for their property. A fee may apply for each copy requested. To avoid this fee in future, the ratepayer can register to receive rates notices electronically through ezybill, BPAY View, or become an online user through My Rates to view accounts online. Online users can sign in, select View your Rates Account, and access rates notices online when needed.
