Do you love spending time with other people out in the garden? Would you like to encourage sustainable gardening practices among participants?

Our Community Garden Operations Volunteer supports the various community garden sites by encouraging gardeners to stay engaged and to help set up for gardening-related activities in a fun and friendly environment.

To apply for this role you will need:

Gardening Knowledge
Patient, punctual and reliable
Effective communication skills

You will also need to either have, or complete:

National Police Clearance
Working with Children check
Manual Handling certificate

All certificates and training can be provided by the City of West Torrens at no cost to the volunteer.
