Do you enjoy supporting the activities and events at your local library? Are you happy to help set up and pack down in the library auditorium?

Our Library Event volunteers assist the library staff with events held in the library which can range from general tidying up, to using the dishwasher, or greeting people as they enter.

To apply for this role you will need:

welcoming attitude
good communication skills
ability to work in a team
ability to interact with a diverse range of people

You will also need to either have, or complete:

National Police Clearance
Working with Children check
Manual Handling certificate
Safe Environments – Through Their Eyes training

All certificates and training can be provided by the City of West Torrens at no cost to the volunteer.
