Are you a friendly and approachable person who is happy to assist participants during Ageing Well's regular but outings?

The council’s Ageing Well Program supports residents 50 years and over to connect with their community. Our Ageing Well Support Volunteer helps manage the group on outings and provide support as needed.

If you are a sociable person who is happy to chat and engage with people on outings, this could be the perfect role for you!

To apply for this role you will need:

excellent people skills
to understand the needs of older people
ability to work in a team
ability to interact with a diverse range of people

You will also need to either have, or complete:

National Police Clearance
Working with Children check

All certificates and training can be provided by the City of West Torrens at no cost to the volunteer.
