Do you love books? Would you love to come to the library weekly to help make sure all the books in the fiction sections are put on their proper shelves?

Our General Library volunteers assist in shelving duties to support the Library Service.

If you are an organised and reliable person who enjoys spending time with books, please let us know!

To apply for this role you will need:

welcoming attitude toward both parents and children
to understand the needs of very young children
ability to work in a team
ability to interact with a diverse range of people

You will also need to either have, or complete:

National Police Clearance
Working with Children check
Manual Handling certificate

All certificates and training can be provided by the City of West Torrens at no cost to the volunteer.
