Each space has a weekly Open House viewing session, or you can request an alternative appointment time. Please follow this link to view the Open House times and make a booking. As the venues are in use every day, please refrain from entering the space without an appointment outside of the Open House viewing sessions.

Conditions

  • We do not take any tentative bookings.
  • To make a booking you must be more than 18 years of age.
  • Please provide us with 2 weeks advance notice when requesting a booking date.

To apply online for a booking, please complete and submit the Cowandilla Community Room application form

Book your induction

After you receive the confirmation of your booking  you can book your induction by completing and submitting the Community Centre Induction form before your event date.

Photographic and video permission

In order to help us provide more comprehensive hiring information about the Facility to our community and clients, we'd like permission to photograph and/or video room set ups as examples. Some of these photographs will be provided to others hiring the facility; other photographs/footage may appear on the Cowandilla Community Room hiring section of Council's website and social media sites.

Monday to Sunday, 8am to 11pm.

Catering

You can choose your own caterer or do your own catering.

A dishwasher is provided for your use.

Insurance

If you are a regular hirer of the facility you will need to have public liability insurance to the minimum value of $20 million.

Event promotion

You will need to promote your event yourself.
