Sustainability grants and rebates

Climate Resilient Living Rebate

This rebate provides an opportunity for local residents to receive a rebate on the cost of a Home Energy Assessment, Window Treatments, Appliance Electrification, and E-bikes or E-cargo bikes.

Tree Incentive Rebate

This rebate provides an opportunity for property owners (and tenants) to receive a rebate on the purchase and planting of a shady tree to enhance shading and cooling of the private realm in West Torrens.

Significant and Regulated Tree Assistance Rebate

This rebate provides financial assistance for property owners/rate payers to take action that helps maintain their Significant/ Regulated tree.

Residential Rainwater Tank and Rain Garden Rebates

This rebate provides an opportunity for local residents to receive a rebate on the cost of a new rainwater tank or rain garden.

Environment Grants

This grant provides funds to eligible groups and organisations to support environment sustainability initiatives in the community.

Sustainability Programs map

This map shows uptake of sustainability rebates, grants and incentive programs across the community.
