West Adelaide Football Club will take on Woodville West Torrens at Richmond Oval this Saturday after the club's changerooms and gym were water damaged following recent heavy rainfalls in West Torrens.

With assistance from council, the club's insurers, the SANFL, contractors, staff and volunteers, temporary modular facilities have been provided to the club with a fully functioning gym and suitable changeroom amenities. This will enable home games to return while longer-term facility solutions continue to be progressed.

Alison Sujan, West Adelaide Football Club President, encouraged supporters and the broader community back to the home ground.

"Following weeks of hard work and collaboration, the club is excited to welcome members, supporters and the broader community back to their home ground to enjoy football once again," she said.

"We sincerely thank everyone involved in helping bring football back home. We know how important Richmond Oval is to our members, supporters and the local community and we look forward to seeing the stands filled once again as we welcome the Eagles this weekend."
