Tour Down Under West Beach CoolZone

Residents and visitors are invited to enjoy the West Beach CoolZone - a fun, family-friendly gathering along the race route during the ZIPTRAK® Men’s Stage 3 of the Santos Tour Down Under on Friday 23 January 2026, proudly hosted by the City of West Torrens and AdaptWest with support from West Beach Parks.

The event will take place from 8.30am to 12.30pm at Barratt Reserve (Military Road, West Beach, opposite Discovery Parks - West Beach Parks) - a great spot to soak up the atmosphere on race day.

From 8.30am, you can enjoy free face painting, a free DIY decorated fan-making workshop, grab a bite from the West Beach Rotary Club BBQ, and cool down with misting fans to stay comfortable throughout the morning.

ZIPTRAK® Men’s Stage 3 will roll through West Torrens on Friday 23 January 2026, starting at Henley Beach at 11.10am and finishing in Nairne, as part of the 2026 Santos Tour Down Under.

We encourage residents and visitors to plan ahead and allow extra travel time for road closures and changed traffic conditions on the day.
