Development applications - Request access to development file - form

Use the Request for access to development file application form for development applications lodged prior to 19 March 2021. For applications lodged after 19 March 2021, please send your request to Plan SA, email PlanSA@sa.gov.au.

A landowner or Development Application applicant may inspect/view Development Approval plans at the Civic Centre. Council is not required to make documents available for viewing or copying if, in the opinion of the Council, it will unreasonably jeopardise the present or future security of a building or constitute a breach of any other law. Other interested persons do not have any rights to inspect/view Development Approval plans under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 or the Freedom of Information Act 1991.
