Sustainability report card 2024 -25

Our sustainability report card 2024 -25 is now available, highlighting progress across key environmental priorities.

The report card provides a snapshot of how the City of West Torrens is working towards a more sustainable future through long-term planning, community partnerships and everyday actions.

Key achievements outlined in the report card include progress towards:

• reducing corporate greenhouse gas emissions
• transitioning council’s fleet to low-emission vehicles
• increasing tree canopy cover across the city
• working with the community to grow native vegetation
• supporting circular economy initiatives and reducing waste
