Tech Safety Session - Domestic & Family Violence Prevention month

Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month is an annual event held each May to raise community awareness of the social and personal impacts of domestic and family violence and the support available to those affected.

The City of West Torrens will host an information session for members of its community where they will hear from experts from the Women’s Safety Services SA and Microsoft as they unpack technological safety and provide practical tools for identifying and responding to technology facilitated abuse. Attendees will gain a stronger understanding of domestic and family violence, learn about supports available in South Australia, and take part in an interactive Q&A.

When: Thursday 28 May, 5:30-6:30pm,

Where: West Torrens Library Auditorium, 1 Brooker Tce Hilton.

Cost: Free
