Parking

Please note there is limited street parking available at this event and that some changed traffic conditions will apply.

We encourage patrons to use public transport, carpool or walk where possible.

Please note Mellor Park carpark (via Henley Beach Road) will only be accessible to those with a Disability Parking Permit. These parks are first come, first served. Entry to this carpark is only available when travelling east (city-bound) on Henley Beach Road. These parks are closest to the site and have a sealed path that leads the event site.

Public transport

Bus stops within walking distance of Mellor Park include:

• Stops 12 Henley Beach Rd (North side and South side)
• Stops 205 Airport Rd (East side and West side)

Site

• This event will take place outdoors on grass. The facility will be open for those that need respite from the heat.
• There is a sealed path that leads from Henley Beach Road through to Myzantha Street - it provides access to the toilets (permanent accessible block and temporary singles(PDF, 123KB)), playground and tennis courts.

Event activities

• Inflatables - slides or obstacles courses
• Mud Play - mud pit and related activities
• MFS - pending availability, an MFS team will attend to allow children to climb into their truck
• Dunk bucket - one player sits next to a target (ground level). Other players throw balls at the target to dunk water on the player on the chair
• Glitter tattoos - similar to face paint
• Marty McBubbles - bubble show
