My Aged Care Information Session

The City of West Torrens and the Department of Health and Aged Care invite local residents to join a discussion on the Australian Government funded aged care services.

We will explain the range of aged care services, the assessment process including recent and upcoming changes, and how to find services that meet your needs. Then we'll show you how to navigate through the My Aged Care system and answer any questions that you may have. Afterwards, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
