Join our inclusive and upbeat low-impact fitness class for people over 50. Featuring balance, resistance, and weight bearing exercises - it’s designed to get you moving at your own pace with both seated and standing options, plus the added benefit of all over body toning. This fun, energetic class will get your heart rate up, your mind working, and your body grooving.
When: Fridays from 10 July.
Time: 10.30am - 11.15am
Where: Apex Park Community Facility, 616 Burbridge Road, West Beach.
Cost: $5 cash per session.
