Falls Management Information Session

The City of West Torrens and COTA SA invite local residents to a free falls management information session led by a Strength for Life exercise professional.
This 1 hour presentation will include the latest information on falls research, risk factors and simple stretches and exercises to help prevent or manage falls. There will be time for questions and answers at the end.
When: Wednesday 17 June, 10am.
Where: Auditorium, West Torrens Library, 1 Brooker Terrace, Hilton.
Available to West Torrens residents, 50 years or older.
