Join us for a community event to help plant 3,000 native seedlings that will contribute to the long-term restoration project to improve biodiversity and water quality along the River Torrens / Karrawirra Pari.
The City of West Torrens is working with Green Adelaide’s Urban River Torrens Recovery Project and Greening Australia to remove invasive weeds across the site. We now invite our community to be involved in planting native seedlings.
When: Sunday 28 June, 10am - 12.30pm
Where: Sherriff Street, Underdale (refer to map below).
There will be a free BBQ and activities for volunteers on the day. RSVP is essential as numbers are limited.
Remember to bring your own gloves and trowel.
