Missed collection

If your bin was not emptied when put out for collection, phone the Waste Enquiry line on 8295 5077 during office hours Monday to Friday (7am - 6pm) or email Solo Resource Recovery, Adelaide.ops@solo.com.au.

Missed bins must be reported within 48 hours of the scheduled collection day for a return collection to be arranged.

No bins at your new property

Please fill in the Bins for newly built properties form if you have recently moved into a new property and require new bins. We will review your application to determine whether you are eligible for Council waste services.

Property redevelopment - unused bins

If the property is being demolished, contact us on 8416 6333 to arrange for the bins with Council's logo to be collected. They will be returned to the property once it is occupied. Bins with no logo are to remain at the property.

Note: bins are the property of Council and should not be removed if you relocate or sell your home.
