With the Stage 5 COVID-19 restrictions now eased, our facilities are reopen for business.
If you are accessing any of our facilities in person, you must wear a mask as per the Level 3 restrictions which require people to wear masks in public settings. You must also scan building QR codes when visiting for SA Health contact tracing requirements.

The following applies:

  • Civic Centre is now open to the public. To help adhere to physical distancing requirements, where possible, undertake Council activities online (see below).
  • Hamra Centre Library is open to the public. Our staff are wearing masks and sanitisation facilities are available. Please ensure you scan the QR code when visiting or sign in for SA Health contract tracing, adhere to the 1.5m physical distancing requirements and wear a mask at all times.
  • Thebarton and Plympton Community Centres are open to the public. Please ensure that if you are attending any events organised by external facilitators that you check with them to make sure that the event is still occurring. Also remember the physical distancing rule and that you are required to wear a mask as the activity is being conducted indoors in a public facility.
  • Mobile Library is doing the rounds. Please ensure that you are wearing a mask when utilising this facility and adhere to 1.5m physical distancing as the Mobile Library is a small space.
  • Most Community Services programs (library, active ageing, CHSP social, lifestyle, community bus, volunteers, Story Time etc.) have now resumed; please remember the physical distancing rule and wear a mask.
