The City of West Torrens (CWT) strongly supports creating local business opportunities and removing barriers associated with Council purchasing and tendering.

Understanding how to become a supplier for local government can be daunting. There are various rules and regulations and it is important to appreciate how decisions are made.

Procurement is simply purchasing products, services and works and our aim is to obtain the best value for money in a way that is fair and transparent.

CWT purchases many goods - heavy vehicles, office equipment, library books - and services such as road and footpath construction, maintenance of buildings, parks and playgrounds, professional services, utilities and much more. We work with hundreds of external suppliers, contractors and businesses each year.

How can your business work with CWT?

VendorPanel is an e-procurement tool and is the City of West Torrens' preferred online system for finding local suppliers, administering tenders (open and select) and managing up-to-date compliances for our preferred suppliers . You can register your business to receive relevant opportunities via the logo below. VendorPanel is free for suppliers and open to all business in the marketplace. Suppliers administer their own accounts and update company details as they change.
