With around 250 staff across various divisions, there is always something new happening and projects to be involved in.

What you'll do

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, terms such as emergency management, company resilience and service continuity have become commonplace in our every day.

As a grassroots service provider to our community in West Torrens, CWT is currently searching for an Organisational Resilience Officer who can provide us with risk, emergency management and assurance services as a member of our Strategic Resilience Team.

As our Organisational Resilience Officer, you will ensure the development and integration of robust risk management and emergency management practices and processes. You will also be given the chance to:

  • assist and support with the creation and implementation of various resilience and continuity plans
  • establish guidelines, assessment and reporting tools for our risk management framework
  • provide administration support to the Management Lead, LG Reform and Integrity
  • ensure that our risk management principles and practices are in line with relevant ISO accreditation.

You'll need to be able to provide specialist advice in the areas of risk management and emergency management and resilience and help the team achieve business goals and projects.

Who you are

If you're reliable, adaptable, motivated, like to try new things and have a keen eye for detail, you could be a great addition to our Strategic Resilience Team. You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to operate under pressure and juggle competing demands, have great energy and enthusiasm and a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality. It is important that you can build and maintain relationships and are a good negotiator.

You must have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as business or commerce, current national police clearance and a class C driver's licence.
