Important

Please do not proceed with any booking application if you are uncertain about any of the terms and conditions or suitability of the venue.

It is advisable to view the venue to ensure its suitability before making a booking. Contact us at csu@wtcc.sa.gov.au to book a viewing time or phone 8416 6333.

Once received, booking applications are processed and if approved by our staff your booking is then confirmed. Requests to cancel bookings after staff confirmation will incur a $75 administration fee.

Conditions

• We do not take any tentative bookings.
• To make a booking you must be more than 18 years of age.
• Please provide us with 2 weeks advance notice when requesting a booking date.
• Requests to cancel bookings after staff confirmation will incur a $75 administration fee.

Online application

To apply online for a booking please complete and submit the Lockleys Sporting Facility application form.

Please complete the Community Facility Hire - Third-party providers service form if your activity or event includes the use of any professional service providers. Note: service providers may include catering services including food trucks/ jumping castles or other amusements). 

After you receive the confirmation of your booking and submitted you can book your induction by completing and submitting the Community Centre Induction form before your event date.

In order to help us provide more comprehensive hiring information about the Facility to our community and clients, we'd like permission to photograph and/or video room set ups as examples. Some of these photographs will be provided to others hiring the facility; other photographs/footage may appear on the Lockleys Sporting Facility hiring section of Council's website and social media sites.

Catering

You can choose your own caterer or do your own catering.

Insurance

If you are a regular hirer of the Centre you will need to have public liability insurance to the minimum value of $20 million.

Viewing the facility

You can view the Centre by making an appointment.
