While our Customer Service Centre staff are still here to assist you, the health and well-being of our customers, community and staff is our highest priority so, we are asking you to consider alternatives to visiting the centre where possible.
Our Service Centre desk has downsized and will now consist of a single counter located on the western side of the building (located on the other side of the entry from our original Service Centre). To minimise the risk of contamination staff will no longer be accepting cash, therefore all payments must be made by EFTPOS.
