During this current COVID-19 pandemic, we're asking as many of our residents as possible to contact us via phone, webchat, email and even social media.
With the fourth rate notice instalment now being sent, we ask that payments be made online or via the phone to help limit the number of people accessing our Civic Centre.
Our Customer Service Staff are still here to assist you, however the health and well-being of our customers, community and staff is our highest priority, so please consider alternatives to visiting the Centre where possible.
If you've received your rate notice but never paid your rates online before, you may find this short instructional video helpful. It shows you how to easy it is to pay your rates by using your credit card. Alternatively, call us on 8416 6333 during business hours and we can process the payment for you. Make sure you have your rates notice and current credit card handy.
If you do have to visit the Civic Centre to pay your rates, we ask that you pay via card, not cash. We are currently helping one customer at a time to help minimise contact and we have limited the number of people in the Centre to comply with social distancing rules. Please be aware that if you do visit in person it may take extra time.
