Where and when do I pick up the keys?
The keys can be collected on weekdays between 8.30am and 3.30pm from centre management.
How do I return the keys?
You can return keys to the centre management or use the key return box provided.
Am I allowed to access the premises early?
You cannot enter the centre before or after your booked times.
If you try and enter the centre you may trigger the security alarm and a security call out fee may be deducted from your bond.
Any additional time that you use the centre will also be payable by you.
If you require extensive time to set up the room for your event you will need to take that into consideration when booking.
What if something is damaged?
Before you start decorating or unpacking, take the time to inspect the area you will be using.
If you see that something is already damaged or hasn’t been cleaned contact centre management or phone 8416 6333 immediately.
If you damage something while using the centre, contact centre management or telephone 8416 6333 on the next business day.
Can I decorate the hall?
Yes, you can decorate the hall.
Pins, tape or blue tack must not be used. All decorations must be are completely removed at the end of your function.
Can we have alcohol at our function?
Yes. You will need to obtain a liquor licence and supply a copy to centre management 14 days prior to your event.
Am I responsible for cleaning the hall?
Yes. you will need to do your own cleaning including:
- wiping down table tops and chairs
- sweeping and mopping the floor
- bagging garbage and putting it in the outside bins.
A mop, bucket and a broom are provided. You will need to bring your own cleaning products, cloths and paper towels.
Failure to clean the hall may result in a deduction in your bond refund. Fore more information refer to the Schedule B for fees and charges.
