During this time of COVID-19 restrictions and changes, we're continuing to provide services to our community as best we can. You can, however, access a range of services online, such as payments, reporting issues, even accessing e-books and movies (see list below).
If you are visiting any of our facilities in person, you must wear a mask as per the current restrictions which require people to wear masks in public settings. You must also scan building QR codes when visiting for SA Health contact tracing requirements.
The following applies:
- Civic Centre is open to the public; Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. To help adhere to physical distancing requirements, where possible, undertake Council activities online. Please refer to the latest news section on our website for any COVID-19 reports which may affect staffing numbers and reduce the capacity for face-to-face services.
- Hamra Centre Library is open to the public. Our staff are wearing masks and sanitisation facilities are available. Please ensure you scan the QR code when visiting or sign in for SA Health contract tracing, adhere to the 1.5m physical distancing requirements and wear a mask at all times.
- Our community centres, such as Thebarton and Plympton, are open to the public. Please ensure that if you are attending any events organised by external facilitators that you check with them to make sure that the event is still occurring and if they have any specific protocols in place (i.e. proof of vaccination). Also remember the physical distancing rule and that you are required to wear a mask as the activity is being conducted indoors in a public facility.
- Mobile Library is doing the rounds. Please ensure that you are wearing a mask when utilising this facility and adhere to 1.5m physical distancing as the Mobile Library is a small space.
