Step Up. Be Healthy is the theme of this year's SA Public Health Week and locally we have a range of events and information sessions planned.

Public Health Week 2017 will be held from Monday 3 April to Friday 7 April and every day there will be something happening in and around the Hamra Centre Library, including a healthy cooking demonstration by Sprout's own team of Callum and Cam! There also will be a yoga in chairs session on Friday with Tina from Yoga Spirit Studios so come along and learn some new techniques.

And, if you want to be in the chance to win one of two $100 vouchers, upload photos of yourself doing something healthy on Instagram @ #cwtstepup It can be cooking a healthy dish, walking in the park, playing sport ... even relaxing and reading a book as it's healthy for the mind.

Check out updates on social media or come along to any of our activities.
